Major Changes

1: Map structure updates:
- All ASR files updated with new map names (old ASR files won't work anymore)
- TopSky Maps Menu structure updated
- EKAH APP/TWR ASR files introduced
- In DK GND Profile, F1+3 opens EKRK_GND, F1+5 opens EKAH_GND
- Holding at TALSA, GESKA added; all holds available as TopSky Map options

2: Implementation of XCA procedures in EKCH:
- Apron Controller responsible for ATC clearance shall XCA 119.905: Note added to login profile & ATIS
- Single Controller on a unit (GND/TWR/APP) shall XCA all available frequencies.
- Multiple Controllers on a unit shall XCA frequencies as appropriate: see LAI
- VCCS / AFV updated to display the appropriate frequencies

Maintenance Updates
3. Sector boundaries aligned with shaded airspace map when there was a discrepancy
4. Topsky Maps menu updated: new ordering, map naming, activation rules
5. EKCH STARs include EXTAR / BUDIQ / etc for direct routing & EAT calculation
6. Y procedures in EKBI, EKRN removed: not used on network
7. Airports with no active instrument procedures no longer have selectable runways
8. Most foreign airports removed from sector data: ESGG, ESMS, ESTA, ENCN, ENTO, EDDH retained for STAR DCT purposes
9. TALSA / AAL / GESKA holdings fully implemented in TopSky and sector data
10. FMP view updated with all holdings displayed
11. Alias file updated to fully use ES features, outdated frequencies removed.
