INITIAL RELEASE: This is a complete release of the combined Kyrgyzstan (UCFM/UCFO) sectorfile within GNG.
**Use of all previous UCFM/UCFO packages within GNG is to be discontinued.**

- [NAVDATA] Applied AIRAC 2510.
- [NAVDATA] New RNAV SIDs/STARs for Jalal-Abad(UCFD) are implemented.
- [ASR] New ASR files defined.
