Updates from 2407:
- Changed ADR and ADR_U vertical border to FL335 from FL325
- Changed the sectorization of LDZO to match the real life one and added an upper sector split at FL335
- Made TISAK 3Z the default SID for 12L and 12R in LYBE
- Removed 1S departures from LYBE since they are trial
- Added LDZO FIR real life tags to the tag list
- Added a file in Settings called ADRIA_SETTINGS_SYMB.txt.LDZO which can be used to get the real life colors that they use in LDZO ACC
- Updated GroundRadar plugin stands for LATI LYBE LYPG LYTV LYNI LYKV LWOH LDSP
- TopSky:
+ Updated TopSky to the latest version
+ Updated TopSky settings
