Fixes:
- [SETTINGS] Fixed 'Scenario Editor' window not displaying.
- [ASR] Removed a duplicate "Kuwait GMC.asr" in the ACC profile.
- [PLUGINS] Removed unnecessary waypoints drawn outside of the OKAC FIR.
