Added Ground Radar to LPPR and LPFR. Some bug fixing here and there:
-TMAs (except Madeira) with STCA tunned for 5nm
-Mouse scroll will now zoom on mouse center
-QNH on departure list not being visible after update fixed
-Updated CPDLC and position IDs for new sectors
If your Euroscope is already updating automatically the sector file, then you should already have this version, no action needed.

some people asked to see things as they used to be.
Renames LPPC_CTR.asr to LPPC_CTR_TS.asr for TopSky use only. No changes made to it.
Adds a LPPC_CTR.asr for use WITHOUT TopSky only. Lets you see planes on the ground if you really want to and has the MCTR and MCTAs showing.
Added an LPCS_TWR asr to the hotkeys, it's F1+5
