Initial WIP Update of New Jordan Sector Files.

Known Issues and WIP:

[PLUGINS] VFPC and DelHelper plugins are not flawless and will undergo enhancements based on feedback from controllers.
[PLUGINS] Stand assignment feature is still undergoing testing and improvements are in the pipeline based on controller feedback.
[MAPS/PLUGINS] All ground maps will undergo complete redraws in upcoming releases.
