CHANGELOG:
-Added missing CYHE and CYCW airports
-The border between CYQQ_APP and CYVR_APP should be fixed now so there's no big gap there when CTR comes online.
-I have added a new detailed CTR ASR file to those who don't like the simpleness of the other one. I've also removed ULEBU from the other one.

-Radar stations modified again as Mode A+C only transponders weren't being picked up farther out from the radar stations.
-A new alias PDF found in the "Other" folder.
-Added waypoints as far east as Calgary, and as far south as Seattle for CTR controllers.
-Changes for procedures: None

-Edited ground tags. Departures will display the callsign, aircraft type, and the code the plane is currently squawking. -Arrivals will display the callsign, ground speed and aircraft type.
