-Changed the TWR radar tags to the NARDS tag family.
-Edited ground tags. Departures will display the callsign, aircraft type, and the code the plane is currently squawking. -Arrivals will display the callsign, ground speed and aircraft type.

Vancouver's 1806 sector files are finally out, and with it comes actual procedural changes!

CHANGELOG:
-CYVR: SIDs: YVR9 -> YVR1. STNLE3 -> STNLE4. RICHM5 -> RICHM6. STARs: DUXUM4 -> DUXUM5. GRIZZ5 -> GRIZZ6. SOUND4 -> SOUND5. WHSLR4 -> WHSLR5.
-CYQQ: SIDs: ARGUS1 removed. 2 new RNAV SIDs LENIL1, OLELI1.
-CYLW: Approaches: New RNAV V, Y and Z appraches.
-Changed blinding coastline colour to a brown.
-Added simulated radar coverage and outage.
-COPX should be functional now.
-New alias file.
-Boundaries should light up when neighboring controllers log on, also auto-transfer of tags should now work.
-Lists have been expanded to include STAR and RWY in the sector inbound and exit list. A widened scratchpad in the departure list, separate ALTt and ALTf columns, and an SSR column.
-Fixed issue with KBLI and CZBB ground files not shouwing planes on the ground. Also, the CYYJ_09_APP.asr file has been fixed
-The plane's route will now show when accepting a tag.
-Added a RWY file for active runways. If you're working CTR, you'll have to add some of them yourself.
-Added missing .wav files to ATIS

I've released a fix for the sector files that fixes the broken ground tags.

With the approaching "Arctic Fire" event with Anchorage, I thought I'd release an update for the sector files to improve functionality. Changes include:

-Updated alias phraseology.
-New CYYJ Groundlayout.
-Changed freetext size.
-Auto-transfer with Edmonton, Seattle, and Anchorage. This is experimental and I'm not very sure if it'll work, but because I can't do CTR, there's no way of me testing this.
-Changed color of sector borders, for when neighboring FIRs come online.
-Changed the color of the blinding coastline.
-New SMR ground tags.
